www.playgolfholidays.com hereinafter referred to as PGH, operating as a tour operator, is a trading company belonging to Indo China Holidays and Tours Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. All contracts & agreements between Indo China Holidays and Tours Limited & the company’s clients are subject to the laws of Hong Kong & all disputes must be settled using the legal system in place in Hong Kong.

Indo China Holidays and Tours offers products & services offered by service providers, the descriptions shown on the PGH web site & distributed through other means are those supplied by the service providers.  Indo China Holidays and Tours endeavors to ensure that the service operators are compliant with the wishes of Indo China Holidays and Tours. Indo China Holidays and Tours are not responsible for the accuracy of the descriptions. Indo China Holidays and Tours are not responsible for non compliance by the service providers.

No booking is considered as confirmed by Indo China Holidays and Tours until Indo China Holidays and Tours has received cleared funds to cover the booking deposit.

Some service providers may require a security deposit at the time of the client’s arrival & prior to the client’s use of the services, this is usually covered by a credit card. This security deposit is not included in the client’s contract or agreement or in the invoice total. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that this security deposit is available to the service provider & that the deposit charge is removed when no longer required, usually upon departure.

When a client provides credit card details for payment of their Indo China Holidays and Tours booking, it is accepted by the client & the card holder that all extra expenses incurred by a client of Indo China Holidays and Tours with a service provider, must be settled by direct arrangement between the client & the service provider.

Indo China Holidays and Tours operates on a prepaid system, all service providers are prepaid prior to the client’s arrival, in the case of dispute Indo China Holidays and Tours must be advised prior to the clients decision to make a complaint to a service provider. Indo China Holidays and Tours will then endeavor to settle the dispute on behalf of the disputing parties. Under no circumstances will Indo China Holidays and Tours, nor any of the service providers, accept claims for reimbursement without prior authority from Indo China Holidays and Tours where a client considers a product or service to be not of a standard that they expected or believed they would receive.

All of the Indo China Holidays and Tours service providers operate a cancellation policy which is dependent on the time of travel. To cover this requirement Indo China Holidays and Tours operates the following blanket cancellation policy:

Cancellations sent by e-mail or post mail & received by Indo China Holidays and Tours before two months prior to the start date of the booking, it is agreed that Indo China Holidays and Tours will retain the full booking deposit to cover administration costs.

Cancellations sent by e-mail or post mail & received by Indo China Holidays and Tours within two months of the booking start date, it is agreed that Indo China Holidays and Tours will retain the full booking sums paid to cover the service provider’s cancellation requirements & the administration charges incurred by Indo China Holidays and Tours. The Indo China Holidays and Tours e-mail tracking system will automatically send a reply to the sender, this reply is our proof of receipt of your e-mail.

Indo China Holidays and Tours reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time. In the case of cancellation by Indo China Holidays and Tours or any of the service providers prior to the start date of the booking, clients will be offered a full refund of the monies received from the client by Indo China Holidays and Tours, or in the case of cancellation by a service provider, Indo China Holidays and Tours will endeavor to provide replacement products or services of a similar or better quality wherever possible. In the case of cancellation by a service provider after the start date of the booking, Indo China Holidays and Tours will find alternative services or products for the client. Indo China Holidays and Tours will endeavor to provide alternative services or products of a similar or better standard, in a case where Indo China Holidays and Tours is only able to provide services or products of a lower standard then the client will be refunded the difference between the advertised prices of the services or products.

Neither Indo China Holidays and Tours nor any of the service providers accept responsibility for any case of accident, damage or loss, suffered by Indo China Holidays and Tours clients or any third parties, howsoever caused whilst clients of Indo China Holidays and Tours are using the services provided by Indo China Holidays and Tours or any of the service provider.

We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to cover these eventualities.

Indo China Holidays and Tours operate an emergency telephone service which is answered by an English speaking operator. In the case of non arrival of a service provider, or a dispute with a service provider or a member of the service provider’s staff, clients are requested to call this number before entering into a dispute.

Indo China Holidays and Tours endeavors to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. We welcome feedback, both complimentary & advisory so that we may continually improve our services.

In line with usual internet business practice, all contracts are considered as accepted by the client when the client provides either credit card details or sends funds directly to our bank. We recommend that you check all documentation in full before agreeing to accept the contract. All Indo China Holidays and Tours documentation is issued in English as standard practice; it is not the responsibility of Indo China Holidays and Tours if a client has not understood the documentation in full.
